Meet the Team

Tim Kershaw

Tim began his career in the construction and development industry as an apprentice carpenter
within a family business in 1997. Upon the completion of his apprenticeship he quickly transitioned
into the role of Construction Supervisor due to his natural leadership and communication attributes.
As a Construction Supervisor Tim learned the daily processes, procedures and the importance of
quality control required to oversee the seamless delivery of high-volume builds handing over one
home every week. As the business grew Tim took on the role of Development Project Manager in
South East Queensland which included the acquisition of land, engaging consultants, preparing
Development Applications, planning the sub-divisions, overseeing the civil works through to
registration of the land.
Upon leaving the family business Tim undertook a national role as Construction Manager with a
Melbourne based company. Within this role he oversaw the construction of Caltex Service Stations,
Bupa Medical Centres and Dan Murphey’s along with national role outs for Myer, Dick Smith and
Retail Food Group in every state and territory of Australia.
In 2014 with a young family of his own Tim decided a change was needed and now focuses on
projects based in South East Queensland through MultiRes.

Tim is an accredited HIA Greensmart Professional and maintains the following licence classes around
Australia along with the associated Continued Professional Development.
QBCC: Builder – Low Rise
N.S.W: Builder – Contractor Licence
A.C.T: Builder – Construction Occupation Licence
VBA: Registered Building Practitioner
S.A: Contractors Licence – Building Work
